i watched most of the first Presidential debate.

i watched the entire Vice Presidential debate.

i’ve just watched this entire second Presidential debate.

my thoughts?  one’s an old fogey with a too-cute-but-no-substance veep.  the other, still a politician but different enough from the past eight years that, to me anyway, the choice is pretty damn clear.

“my friend.”  really, dude?

and i still like Tom Brokaw.

so enough politics. what’s been going on in my world… not too much. i’m a year older, a year dumber, and a year broke-er.  still sans employment but i’m pushing ahead with the looking. i can’t go back to Georgia.  i’d be fat and depressed instead of just fat.

speaking of, i’ve been hitting the gym pretty regularly, for me anyway.  but i noticed my dues are now almost $90.  wtf?  unclear how that happened but once i start yelling at people, i’ll find out.  push comes to shove, i’ll cancel.  that’s not much of a discount from any other gym that’s probably bigger and nicer in the city.

so… that’s the update for now.  closet still a mess but getting there.   hasta!
